Bonza offers a 2 year warranty against any manufacturing faults and material defects.
The 2 year warranty covers the original purchaser. Coverage is voided if the item is sold or ownership is otherwise transferred. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide Bonza with proof of original purchase.
Bonza retains the right to decipher whether damage is caused by normal wear and tear circumstances, manufacturing defects, accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence. Bonza also retains the right to repair or replace valid warranty claims at their discretion; refunds are not an option for valid warranty claims. Exact product replacement depends on available inventory and no guarantee is made to process warranties within a certain time frame, but we endeavour to ensure you are not without for any prolonged period.
*Damage claims in transit should be filed against the carrier.
If you purchased your Bonza products from an authorised online store or retail shop then you must contact them directly regarding a warranty claim. We understand that all authorised online stores and retail shops have their own specific warranty policies.
If you are unable to contact the store where the item was purchased or if you have purchased from us, please contact the team at email@example.com.

Please do not send your item back before contacting our team, as this will only delay the warranty claim process. We are not able to accept unauthorised returns.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns. Bonza will cover the cost of shipping back to the customer. Please allow up to 10 working days for a warranty claim to be processed and completed from the time Bonza receives it; shipping times vary.
