At Bonza we want to make sure all of our customers receive the highest quality in both product and service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return or exchange within 14-days of the order.
To begin the return or exchange process, you must contact the team at email@example.com. We cannot accept returns without prior notification. Unnotified returns will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.
Once you have contacted and notified us about your return or exchange, you will need to make sure you print and fill out the Returns & Exchange Form, and include it with your item before returning back to us.
Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.
You are entitled to a refund for items that have been unopened or a replacement for any manufacturing faults.

Whether you decide to send your item back for a refund or an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. If a refund is requested, we will refund the cost of the items returned. Shipping costs are never refunded. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost to you, but the initial shipping back to us is your responsibility.
If you purchased your item from an authorised online store or retail shop then you must contact them directly. We understand that all authorised online stores and retail shops have their own specific return policies.
